The Washington District Football Officials Association WDFOA is an association of independent contractors that serve as football officials for junior high schools, high schools, and colleges in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Map of Maryland, DC and Virginia areas served by WDFOA. The WDFOA membership includes over 215 active members and approximately 40 associate and probationary members. Currently the WDFOA provides football officials to public high schools in Washington, DC, as well as Calvert, Charles, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Queen Annes, and St. Marys Counties in Maryland; Catholic high schools in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. We also provide officials for colleges, semipro teams and military bases.
